Hitachi BluRay Camcorder

It is being presented as the world’s first BluRay camcorder, the DZ-BD70 Hitachi camera. With high definition recording capabilities and it’s ability to record directly onto BluRay discs makes this an interesting piece of hardware to watch! It comes in two versions, and is set to be released world wide in October this year. The DZ-BD7H model includes a 30 gigabyte hard disk for even more BluRay storage space.

  1. I’m definitely buying this one. Been saving some money to finally upgrade my aged camcorder.

  2. Just received the new camcorder and the video quality sucks big time. Avoid at all cost. Do your research on any recent reviews posted in December 2007 to see for yourself. This model should never have left the factory. :-(
